How to Get Started

Simply select the 30% option at the purchase options on the product page. For those who prefer, the option to pay in full is also available at this stage. Go ahead and place your order. We will keep you updated regularly about the process of your custom furniture.

Cancellation Policy

1. Initial Deposit:

  • You need to pay 30% of your total order as a deposit to start making your items. This deposit is not returned once we start making your order.

2. Cancelling Your Order:

  • Within 1 day: If you cancel the order within one day of making it, you will get all your deposit back.
  • After 1 day but within 1 week: If you cancel after one day but before one week has passed, you might lose half of your deposit.
  • More than 1 week: If you cancel after one week, you won’t get your deposit back.

3. Changing Your Order:

  • If you need to change your order, let us know within two days. If we haven't started making your items yet, we can change the order without extra charges. If we have already started, it might cost you more.

4. Special Situations:

  • If something really unexpected happens that makes you need to cancel after these times, we might be able to give you some or all of your deposit back. We'll look at these situations one by one.

5. Final Payment:

  • You need to pay the remaining 70% before we send your order to you. If you don’t finish paying on time, your order will be cancelled, and you won’t get your deposit back.
