Once you have confirmed that the issue is covered under warranty, please email photos and receipts to hello@travertable.com.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranties do not cover the following under any circumstances:

  • Change of address: Your warranty only applies to the address where your goods were originally delivered.

 

  • Neglect or misuse: All furniture items, some more than others, require proper care and maintenance. This includes regular cleaning and proper usage. Damage resulting from neglect or misuse will void your warranty.

 

  • Opening or removing parts of your furniture: If you suspect an issue with your furniture, please contact Travertable immediately. Attempting repairs yourself may void your warranty.

 

  • Wear and tear: Normal use of tables, chairs, or other frequently used furniture items may show signs of wear and tear, such as creases, indentations, stretching materials, small marks, and other indications. These are not considered defects and are not covered by the warranty.

 

  • Defects resulting from the use of your product with accessories not approved by Travertable.

 

  • Product failure due to incorrect installation or assembly.

 

  • Accidents, natural disasters, lightning, water damage, fire, public disturbances, improper ventilation, voltage fluctuations, or any cause beyond Travertable's control.

 

  • Unauthorized modifications of any kind made to the product
